Kajal Joshi, D.M.D.
Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Joshi is a native of Cary, North Carolina, raised with a good balance of both Eastern and Western cultures. This has helped her hone her skills, recognize cultural approaches to health care and provide personalized dental care for her patients. She has a large, loud and fun family that she considers her "village" and foundation. She is very family-oriented and aims to make DPD Smiles feel like family!
Since Dr. Joshi took over leadership of DuPage Pediatric Dentistry and rebranded to DPD Smiles, she has not only grown her dental home from a pediatric practice to a multi-specialty group, but also grown her family. Only a year after being married, Dr. Joshi joined the local community and turned this practice into a family run organization. Wanting a personal touch, she and her husband have spent countless hours going above and beyond to offer exceptional care for her patients and families. While doing all that, she managed to find time to grow her own family. Dr. Joshi and Ajay are now proud parents of an adorable baby boy, Sahil, and therapy dogs, Saya and Vani! In her free time, Dr. Joshi loves spending time in the outdoors, dancing, playing card and board games and traveling.
In short, it is needless to say based on personality but moreover affirmed that Dr. Joshi simply enjoys making people smile and giving them the confidence to smile freely! Her favorite part of each day is having her patients leave the clinic just as happy (if not more) as they came in. She enjoys working with kids, being goofy and silly with them, and of course hearing all the fun and interesting topics they have to share. Her patients area always teaching her a new way to view the world, which allows her to grow individually and expand her passion for clinical excellence. This motivation "don't stop won't stop" is why coming in to the clinic is not a job but rather a way of life. She lives by the saying, don't stop won't stop!

When the instance calls for it, she prefers a more conservative rather than aggressive treatment option.
