Our Mission

To create a nurturing relationship with our patients that transcends the normalcy of today’s dental care.

We strive to create a loving environment that suits our patients’ needs by providing quality time, a gentle touch, encouraging words, and the exceptional service that will give our patients the gift of long-lasting oral health.

We are unwavering in our commitment to the constant and never-ending improvement of dental care, dental technologies, and techniques, so that we can further our knowledge and skill and pass it on to others in the form of continuing dental education.

To enroll, encourage, and develop them into valuable team members by always creating a cohesive working environment that fuels the passion to care and respect our patients and each other.

To run a business in abundance, so that we can continue to provide honesty, integrity, and quality in our treatment and our relationships with our patients and team.

Our commitment to develop a dental practice that brings out the maximum potential in each and every one of us.

Our office appreciates your promptness in arriving for your child’s dental visit. We reserve and dedicate a specific time for your child according to their dental needs and level of cooperation.

  1. We request and highly encourage that younger, pre-school age children (age 5 and under) are scheduled early in the day when they are more rested, alert and receptive to treatment. School-age children with extensive dental treatment needs should also be seen in the morning for the same reason.
  2. Please be aware that after-school and Saturday appointment times are limited and in high demand. It may be necessary for your child to miss school for their dental appointment. Dental appointments are excused absences from school, and we will gladly provide a school excuse for your child.
  3. For our patients who need fillings, extractions, crowns, etc., Dr. Joshi will see these patients on weekdays between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. We realize that everyone has busy schedules, but our after-school and Saturday appointments are reserved for our re-care appointments.
  4. We value your time and will do our best to remain on schedule throughout the day. We do ask that you please remember that each child in our office is an individual and some may require more patience and “TLC” than others. We also experience the occasional emergency which may cause delays in our scheduling. We ask for your patience and that you please keep in mind that your child may be the next one to need our extra attention.
  5. While we do provide reminders for each appointment with a written reminder card when the appointment is made in the office, as a courtesy, our office will attempt to contact you via text, e-mail and/or a phone call for confirmation 2 weeks to 2 days prior to your child’s appointment. However, we do ask that the parents/guardians assume responsibility of their child’s appointment time.
  6. Missed appointments or short-term cancellations (within 2 business days) without proper notice can be costly to you and is unfair to other patients who are in need of appointments. Cancelling an appointment requires 2 business days’ advance notice or a fee of $50 will be charged after the second short-notice cancellation. The same fee is also charged for a “no show” or failed appointment. As a courtesy, we hold your appointment for 15 minutes, but after that point, it is considered a failed appointment.
  7. Repeated missed appointments of any kind may be subject you to dismissal from our practice.

Our office is committed to helping our patients maximize their benefits. We will also attempt to help you get your insurance claims paid. Your insurance company may need you to supply certain information directly. It is your responsibility to comply with their request.

We participate in many PPO insurance plans and a select few HMO/DMO plans. Please become knowledgeable regarding your insurance benefits. Each plan is different and independent of other plans. It is ultimately your responsibility to understand your dental benefits – what is covered, what is not included. Please contact your insurance company with any questions or for more information.
